The NIST-TeraNano is formed with 45 PIs (10 level 1 and 12 level 2 CNPq distinguished fellows), 21 postdocs, 17 professors as internatinal collaborators from 11 renown institutions (University of California-Davis, Infectious Disease Research Institute, Leiden University, University of Salzburg, Georgetown University, UMR-INRA, University of Toronto, University of Manchester, University of California Los Angeles, Massachusetts Institute of Technology e University of Southern Denmark), and 11 companies.. There are 85 PhD scientists associated with 27 graduate programs from 12 federal or state institutions of 9 Brazilian states (MG, SP, RJ, GO, BA, PA, MA, PB e AL), with a total of 29 laboratories at UFU, UFTM, UFG, UFMG, IPEN, UNIRIO, UFPA, UFMA, UFPB, UFAL, UFBA and UNICAMP.
